Professional Membership Categories of GIVF-SRM

 

• GIVF-SRM Post-Graduate Member

  All PG levels doctors and Ob-Gyn/Urologists aiming to specialize in reproductive medicine, required to maintain minimum 25 CME Hours each year for 1 year to procced towards next level.

• GIVF-SRM Affiliate Member
  All Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma Holders engaged in reproductive Medicine, having minimum 3 years experience and minimum 50 CME Hours in Past 2 Years, and annual  minimum 20 CME Hours to maintain membership. Complete BCRM course  and Assessments along with Practical Log Book to proceed to next level apart from next level prerequisites.

• GIVF-SRM Associate Member
  All Post-Graduate Degree Holders engaged in reproductive Medicine, having minimum   5 years experience and minimum 100 EACCME CME Hours in Past 5 Years, and   annual minimum 30 EACCME CME Hours to maintain membership. Complete ACRM   Course and Assessments along with Practical Log Book to proceed to next level

• GIVF-SRM Fellow Member
   All Post-Graduate Degree Holders engaged in reproductive Medicine, having minimum   10 years experience and minimum 150 EACCME CME Hours in Past 10 Years, and   annual minimum 40 EACCME CME Hours to maintain membership. Complete MCRM Course and Assessments along with Practical Log Book to attain Fellowship Membership of GIVF-SRM.
